8. How do I place an order?
We have derived 5 easy steps to facilitate
your transaction.
(1) Click and select your desired game from
our Main Menu.
(2) Select your desired game server.
(3) Once you decided your amount of purchase,
click on the "check out" button. You will then
be redirected to an "Check Out" page where you
enter your game Character name. Having done so,
you will then be directed to a "Payment" page
where you can log on to Paypal account to make
your payment.
(4) Please include your confirmed shipping
address in your Paypal purchase payment by
simply selecting the default "Ship to" option.
Please note that your order will be processed
quickly with a confirmed shipping address.
(5) Finally, click "Pay" button to proceed
with the payment procedure.
9. How can I track my order status?
You can track your order status by simply
logging on to our website to check with our
customer representatives. And for powerleveling
order, you can check on 'pl report' page of our
website.
10. What happens if I entered a wrong
Character name or selected the Wrong
server? Under such instances, there is no
call for Panic. Simply log on to our website and
contact any of our customer representatives In
order to expedite the process, please furnish us
with your actual desired Character name, Server
name and followed by your Paypal address. We
will then rectify the error and will execute
delivery according to the new information
provided by you.
Delivery
11. How long do I have to wait for your
delivery?
Delivery usually occurs within the first hour
after payment has been received. We are trying
our best to send the gold to you ASAP. However
for some of the newer or more popular servers,
It may take from 1-48 hours, If delivery has not
been sent within 48 hours, we will fully refund
you if you desire.
12. Can i ask for refund if you didn't make
the delivery in a timely manner?

17. How long does it take for my payment made
via Paypal to be processed?
If you are using E-Check, the process will
take up to 4 business days due to clearance
process.
If you are using Credit Card/ Paypal account
balance, the process is almost immediate and
delivery will be done as soon as Paypal alerts
us with regards to your payment. We will then do
the delivery soon as we have verified all your
details.

20. How do I verify my Paypal account?
The Paypal verification system is quite
simple and easy. Once you have created your
Paypal account, you have the option to acquire
verified status by completing a process through
your bank. After logging into your Paypal
account, click the option that says verify my
account, and Paypal will give instructions on
what to do next. Paypal will make two small
deposits into the bank account attached to your
Paypal account and they will request that you
verify exactly the amounts that they have
deposited. After checking your bank records,
simply enter the deposit amounts into the Paypal
query page and your account will then attain
verified status.
21. My shipping address is not confirmed. How
can I confirm my shipping address?
Go to www.Paypal.com and click on help, use
keyword "Confirm Shipping address" in the help
search box.
22. I forgot to include my Confirmed shipping
address. What Should I do?
Please visit www.Paypal.com and log into the
same Paypal account that you placed your order
from. Click on the "Send money" tab and input
the necessary information followed by clicking
on the "Continue" button and look under shipping
information. Leave the "Ship to" information as
default.
23. Why is my shipping address
unconfirmed?
PayPal uses an Automated Verification System
to verify credit card billing addresses that are
entered on the system. An address is confirmed
if it is associated with a credit card or can be
independently verified by PayPal. Gift Addresses
and addresses associated with a Switch or Solo
debit card cannot be confirmed. Currently, our
system cannot verify most non-U.S. credit card
billing addresses.
These types of security measures are
unfortunately necessary in an online environment
where it is difficult to check someone's
identity. In the physical world, sellers can
check someone's credit card and driver's
license. In the online world, where simple and
effective identification tools do not yet exist,
we have to take different precautions. We
believe that these safety precautions are in the
interest of all our members.
E-checks
24. What is a pending e-check, and why do I
need to wait for it to clear?
A pending e-check is a type of payment option
available with Paypal. A pending e-check is just
like writing a normal check, except
electronically. Just like normal checks, pending
e-checks take a few days to clear while Paypal
verifies the funds are present within the
senders account. Once the check has cleared, the
money is transferred to MMOGCART account and
then delivery can take place immediately
thereafter.
25. How do I avoid sending an e-check?
An e-check results when a payment is sent
from an unverified account without sufficient
balance in the Paypal account to cover the cost
of the order. Paypal must contact the bank and
verify that the funds are present, thus the
cause of the 3 to 4 day delay. To avoid sending
an e-check, first complete the verification
process for your account, and then make sure the
funds are present in Paypal before you place an
order. To confirm your payment type, just before
placing the order you will see a blue hyperlink
that reads: "choose more funding options". By
clicking this link you may determine which
option is currently selected for your payment,
and what payment options your account
supports.
26. I've sent an e-check, but I did not mean
to. How do I cancel it?
If you have mistakenly sent a pending
e-check, you may log onto our Live Help to
request for a cancellation. If you wish to
receive an instant delivery, you may place the
order with a valid credit card. Our live chat
representatives can guide you through this
process and will answer any questions you might
have.

27. How do I sell credits to you?
To sell credits, please contact us via our
Live Help by clicking on the Live Help button.
Our sales representative will liaise with you.
Let us know the game name, server name, the
amount of credits to sell, your Paypal email
address and we will let you know how to meet up
to trade in game. After we have received the
credits, we will send you the payment to your
Paypal account immediately.
